1. Definitions

• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our," "wedeqq" refers to the operator of the Platform and all related services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created to access Platform services.
• "Funds" refers to monetary deposits, balances, bonuses, and winnings held within your Account.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, lottery products, and other gaming entertainment offered through the Platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to all features, functionalities, and offerings provided by the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Residency Requirements

To register and use wedeqq services, you must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. We strictly enforce age verification and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You will not share your account with any third party or allow others to access your account.
• You will immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, wedeqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all related accounts, void all bets and winnings, and confiscate any remaining balance as determined in our sole discretion.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

wedeqq supports deposits through major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri, as well as authorized e-wallet services. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. We do not charge deposit processing fees, though your financial institution may impose their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved by our finance team. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. You must provide:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Bank account verification documents as requested

Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are queued and processed the next business day. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise approved.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and single-use per household, IP address, and device.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers, results in immediate forfeiture and account closure.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities constitute serious violations of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, fund confiscation, and permanent ban:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or poker games.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated betting patterns, or other manipulative strategies.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on all possible outcomes across multiple platforms to guarantee profit.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or play games.
• Hacking or Reverse Engineering: Attempting to compromise Platform security, manipulate software, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer or conceal illegally obtained funds.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access or use your account.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on wedeqq are governed by their respective official rules, which are available within each game interface. We partner exclusively with licensed and audited game providers who utilize certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed transparently and are regularly verified by independent testing laboratories.

In the event of technical malfunctions, communication errors, or force majeure events that affect game outcomes, wedeqq reserves the right to void affected bets and refund original stakes. All decisions regarding bet settlements and disputes are final and made at our sole discretion.

Our total liability to you for all claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you in the six months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and are not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, communication disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

wedeqq reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you after verification.
• Bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited.
• You must not create a new account without prior written authorization.
• All intellectual property rights and licenses granted to you immediately terminate.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected through the Platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details our data collection practices, usage, storage, and your rights under applicable data protection laws. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the wedeqq Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of wedeqq or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team.
